Cancellation Policy for Our Packages

We allow one complimentary reschedule for our packages, after that each appointment cancelled within 48 hours will count as used toward the package and can not be redeemed on another date

Cancellation Policy for Appointments

We dedicate ourselves in providing superior service & we block out time just for you! If you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment it can not be rebooked and half of service will be charged to card on file. Any rebooking requires new deposit and new payment to hold the time required
